These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of GrapheKingdomPress.com (the “Website”) and any purchase you make from us. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Our products
We sell digital downloads (eBooks, PDFs, and teaching/ministry resources), physical books, merchandise, and subscription products through the Website. Product descriptions, prices, and availability are shown on each product page and may change without notice, though changes will not affect orders already placed.
We take reasonable care to ensure descriptions and prices are accurate, but errors can occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or description error after you’ve ordered, we will contact you before proceeding and give you the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
3. Placing an order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We accept your order, and a contract is formed, when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors), in which case any payment taken will be refunded.
You must provide accurate, current information when ordering and are responsible for keeping your account details (if any) secure.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and, where applicable, include VAT at the rate in force at the time of your order.
Payment is taken at the time of order (or, for subscriptions, at the start of each billing period) through our third-party payment processors, Stripe and PayPal. We do not see or store your full card details. By paying, you also agree to the applicable terms of the payment provider you use:
- Stripe: https://stripe.com/legal
- PayPal: https://www.paypal.com/uk/legalhub/useragreement-full
5. Digital downloads
Where you purchase digital content (e.g. eBooks, PDFs, teaching resources), the following applies:
- Access is typically provided immediately or shortly after payment is confirmed.
- You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the digital content for your own personal or organisational use as described on the product page. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the files unless the product listing expressly permits this.
- Right to cancel and digital content: Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase. However, for digital content, this right is lost once download or access begins, if you have expressly requested this and acknowledged that you lose your cancellation right by doing so (this consent is captured at checkout). If you have not given this consent and downloading has not started, you may cancel within 14 days for a full refund. See our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy for full details.
6. Physical books and merchandise
Where you purchase a physical product (printed books, apparel, or other merchandise):
- We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days of payment being confirmed.
- Delivery costs and estimated timescales are shown at checkout and depend on your location and chosen shipping method.
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once we have received payment in full.
- You have a 14-day right to cancel from the day after you receive the goods, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and a further 14 days to return the goods once you’ve told us you’re cancelling. See our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
- We currently ship to the United Kingdom. If you’re ordering from outside the UK, please contact us at admin@graphekingdompress.com before ordering to check availability and delivery costs.
7. Subscriptions
Where you purchase a subscription or membership product (for example, ongoing access to resources or regular book/merchandise deliveries):
- We will clearly state, before you subscribe, the price, billing frequency, that the subscription renews automatically, and how to cancel.
- Payment is taken automatically at the start of each billing period via your saved payment method with Stripe or PayPal, until you cancel.
- You may cancel at any time by emailing admin@graphekingdompress.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, unless we state otherwise for a specific product.
- You have a 14-day cooling-off right when you first subscribe. UK law is also introducing additional consumer protections for subscription renewals under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, which we will comply with as these rules take effect. See our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy for details on cancelling and refunds.
8. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to goods and digital content that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Website — including text, book content, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Graphe Kingdom Press and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by a product licence (see Section 5).
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Website for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, our systems, or other users’ accounts;
- share, resell, or distribute purchased digital content beyond the licence granted to you;
- upload or transmit anything harmful, such as malicious code.
We may suspend or terminate your account or access if you breach these Terms.
11. Liability
We provide the Website and products with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for:
- indirect or consequential losses;
- loss of profits, business, or data not arising directly from our breach;
- delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law.
12. Complaints
If you have a complaint about an order or the Website, please contact us at admin@graphekingdompress.com. We will do our best to resolve it promptly. For complaints about how we’ve handled your personal data, see the “How to complain” section of our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order. The current version will always be available on this page.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
